I thought it appropriate to focus on cheese this week as some of our cheese suppliers are supporting the ‘Cheese Festival’ being held in Milsom Place, Bath today. One of the popular choices for evening food at weddings here at Priston Mill is our organic cheese platter. All the varieties are sourced locally and usually include Bath Soft Cheese, Bath Blue Cheese, Wyfe of Bath and Green’s Farmhouse Cheddar. Alongside the cheese board we serve a selection of breads & biscuits, butter, celery, grapes, apples, cherry tomatoes & figs, relishes & chutneys plus a selection of olives, sun blush tomatoes, oils & vinegars with ciabatta and roasted root vegetable crisps.
