We have had wonderful weather for the recent November weddings – blue skies by day and clear skies at night. In between these celebrations we’ve made more preparations for 2012. The chefs have been developing new menus, Andrew Carveth has been checking out the wine options and plans are being put into place for a new reception area in the Tythe Barn.
