Halloween is now behind us and seemingly just as quickly as the leaves on the trees have turned, the rush of Summer weddings is well and truly over and the quieter period with Winter weddings beckons.
The chefs are no longer steeped in hours of prep. With their freed up time they have turned their hand to updating the menus. The events team are also now planning for next year. The maintenance team is more available to retouch & repair the venues & the marketing team is pulling together ideas for the new brochure. The seasonality of the weddings by default brings variety to the pace and focus of the work here; and it’s that variety that makes it fun & interesting working at Priston Mill.
