Our cheese platter is one of our most popular choices for evening food. It is always attractively presented with a range of regional organic cheeses - Bath soft cheese, Somerset brie, Tor Ash pyramid, Bath blue cheese, Wyfe of Bath and Bath farmhouse Cheddar - plus all the extras - chutneys, grapes, apples, celery, cherry tomatoes, figs, onions, biscuits, breads and butter.
From time to time, on request, the chefs will decorate the cheeses and create a ‘Wedding Cheese Cake’ (supplement applies). In these cases the chefs can also order and buy in specific cheeses that are not listed in our brochure. This week for example the splendid cheese cake pictured above included Bath farmhouse Cheddar, Cornish Yarg, Brie De Beaux, Bath blue cheese, White Nancy goat’s cheese.
